Our team of over one hundred experienced and valued employees return to their own homes every night. Each of our team members is a part of the community they’ve helped grow and construct.
Founder Milo V. Larsen established Con-Struct in Marshalltown, Iowa in 1971. Later in 1983, his son Kent Larsen joined the company and opened an office in Ames.
In March 2017, ownership of Con-Struct was sold to a group of long-term employees. President Doug Waite leads Con-Struct as the majority shareholder from the main office in Ames. Vice president Matt Jensen works from the Marshalltown office. Steve Harris of the Ames office is the GPS coordinator, and Chris Argetsinger is the general superintendent from the Ames office.
